CANEX Return Policy


CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

The return period for CFOne members is extended to 60 days.

Product Exceptions
Tablets, Notebooks, Desktop computers, desktop components, drones, cameras camera lenses, gaming consoles and phones May only be returned within 14 days of purchase.

The extended return period for CFOne members does not apply.
Products without a proof of purchase Items returned without a receipt in-store will be issued a CANEX gift card in the value of the lowest selling price the product was offered within the past 30 days
Opened, damaged or not resalable condition products Products that are opened, damaged or are not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. All returned products are subject to an inspection.
Gift or Bonus Item with Purchase Gift or bonus item must also be returned, for the purchase to qualify for a refund.
Ink cartridges, media, memory cards, software, DVDs, and CDs May only be returned if unopened.
Clothing and Footwear Must be unworn and with the original tags

We offer free return shipping on clothing and footwear products.
Not returnable products These include the following:
• Gift Cards and Pre-paid cards.
• Configured and customized products,
• Downloadable software, microprocessors, video cards, & motherboards
• Custom sized jewelry
• Earrings and products of personal nature
• Delivery Fees
• Final Sale, Floor Model and As-Is products
Mattresses Must be unopened and unused.
Furniture and Major Appliances Must be unassembled and in the original packaging.

Yes, Environmental Handling Fees will be refunded.

Yes. For your convenience, any item purchased between November 1st and December 24th can be returned until the close of business on January 31st for a full refund.

All other return policy terms and conditions still apply. (e.g., 14 days for electronics)

We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase for the right item. Please contact us by phone or locate nearest store location.

If the product is damaged or defective, please call us before coming to the store for assistance. Product defects are subject to manufacturer's warranty.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it was shipped.

There are two easy ways to return an online purchase:
Return your purchase to a CANEX store
OR
Return online purchases by mail

  • Your original receipt. (You can find it within your Order Status Section)
    OR
  • Copy of your invoice for the products that you are returning
  • Product you are returning must be in its original packaging and all items included by the manufacturer (e.g., all manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase, or bonus items – any missing items may reduce the credit amount)

If the original purchase qualified for Free Shipping, CANEX will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.
Returns for CFOne members are always FREE.

When your return is received and inspected by CANEX, we will send you an email to advise you on the status of your return.

Once your refund is approved, credit is applied as per the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 (ten) business days.

If you have followed all the steps above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

If a problem occurs with your product within the first 30 days of purchase or first 60 days for CFOne members, please contact us at help@canex.ca.

Please read your Owner’s Manual for Warranty details. CANEX Return/Exchange policy applies. Product defects are subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Floor models are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Find it at your local store
