Return Policy for CANEX.ca
CANEX will gladly accept for refund, credit or exchange any item purchased from CANEX within 30 days of purchase (14 days for computers, computer accessories & camera Lens). Items must be returned unused, complete in their original packaging, with the original receipt. Please note that long distance cards, cell phone cards, third party and gift cards are non-refundable.
In accordance with Health Regulations, items of a personal nature cannot be accepted for return including but not limited to undergarments, bathing suits, jewellery, electric razors, women’s personal products, hair brushes & combs, exercise mats, stability balls, resistance tubing, resistance bands, heart rate monitor.
Final Sale items, downloadable software, perishable goods and hazardous materials may not be returned. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
How to Return an Item(s) Purchased Online:
Please have your a CANEX.ca order number and receipt.
Contact CANEX.ca by email or by phone 1-877-441-6161.
When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to advise you on the status of your return. Once your refund is approved, a credit will be applied as per the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 (ten) business days.
If you have followed all the steps above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
You can also return your product to any CANEX retail location.
CANEX.ca will take care of the return shipping costs on clothing and footwear items. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs on all other items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and other fees will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item back to us with a value of $100 or more, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. CANEX is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments sent to us.
