CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 14 days of purchase – the extended return period for CF One members does not apply. Proof of purchase required. Items must be open or unopen in saleable condition, meaning the product shows no sign of use. All returned products are subject to an inspection. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable.

From the time of your purchase, warranty and service of your new Apple product will be handled solely by Apple Inc. at 1-800-275-2273. You’ll need to remove any loaded software and personal data from the device. Please be aware that we aren’t responsible for any data left on returned products. You’ll also need to turn off any passwords or disable the “Activation lock” prior to the return.
