Inside, it can reach temperatures up to 900ºF to bake pizzas in under 4 minutes, just like a traditional wood-fired pizza oven.It is not just for pizza either. This product includes a 20,000BTU firebox utilizing a single stainless steel burner plus our Basisc Series Pizza Oven Box that can be removed from the firebox and used as a grill top accessory.  The Pizza Oven Box can be placed on the cooking surface of most 2 burner or larger gas grills and 22" kettle style charcoal grills or larger generating a wood-fired like cooking environment.

As well, you can convert it to a Portable Gas Griddle by removing the Pizza Oven Box (included) and replacing it with the BakerStone Basics Series Heavy Duty Steel Griddle (included) to cook a variety of foods such as bacon, eggs and pancakes.
