What is ZINK® and how does it work?
ZINKTM stands for “ZERO INK” printing technology. Instead of ink, it uses colourful dye-based crystals embedded inside the paper. Before printing, the embedded dye crystals are clear so ZINKTM Paper looks like regular, white photo paper. The ZINK-enabled device uses heat to activate and colourize these crystals.

CANEX offers free nation-wide shipping to all signed-in CF One Members. You must be signed in to your CF One account on CANEX.ca to qualify for free shipping.
Most items are shipped within two business days from the purchase date. Some orders may contain items shipped from several locations, which may result in staggered delivery times.
We use both Canada Post and Purolator for most parcel shipments but may rely on other couriers for specific shipments.

Returns
CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and complete in the original packaging, unopened and unused.
CF One members can return, credit or exchange purchases within 60 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and in the original packaging, unopened and unused.
