We use both Canada Post and Purolator for most parcel shipments but may rely on other couriers for specific shipments.

Returns
CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Items must be unworn and with original tags. All returned products are subject to an inspection. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable.
