We use both Canada Post and Purolator for most parcel shipments but may rely on other couriers for specific shipments.

Returns
CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and complete in the original packaging, unopened and unused.
CF One members can return, credit or exchange purchases within 60 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and in the original packaging, unopened and unused.
