The Ambiente Stainless Steel Covered Stock Pot features Lagostina’s Encapsulated Base Technology which provides excellent heat conduction and dispersion with reliable results every time. The impact bonded Encapsulated Base Technology features an extra thick aluminum base which heats up quickly and provides for precise cooking. The encapsulating stainless steel protector plate provides a flat cooking surface which can be used on all stove tops - even induction. The heavy gauge tempered glass lid allows for the convenience of monitoring the cooking process.
