Most items are shipped within two business days from the purchase date. Some orders may contain items shipped from several locations, which may result in staggered delivery times.
We use both Canada Post and Purolator for most parcel shipments but may rely on other couriers for specific shipments.

Returns
CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Items must be sealed/unopened (for sanitary reasons). All returned products are subject to an inspection. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable.
