COVID-19: RETURN POLICY UPDATE
The continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Canada and around the world has understandably raised concerns for you and your families. Your well-being and safety remains our top priority as this situation continues to evolve.
We’ve temporarily updated our Return Policy to take health and safety measures for you and our employees, effective April 8th 2020 until further notice.
- Any purchases made between March 1st 2020 and April 8th 2020 is eligible for a 30-day extension in addition to our regular Return Policy
- We will not be issuing any exchanges, credit or refunds on ANY purchases made as of April 8th 2020 till May 31st 2020. However, any damaged or defective product CAN be returned, exchanged or refunded as per our regular Return Policy
- On June 1st, we will offer ALL members a 30-day extension to our regular Return Policy for purchases made during April 8th 2020 to May 31st 2020.
Note this is subject to change as we further monitor the COVID-19 situation.

CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and complete in the original packaging, unopened and unused.*
CFOne members can return, credit or exchange purchases within 60 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and in the original packaging, unopened and unused.*
