The 30" Bespoke Smart Wall Mount Hood with LCD Display in Clean Grey (model NK30CB700WCGAA) is a versatile and technologically advanced kitchen appliance designed to enhance cooking environments with its smart features, powerful ventilation, and stylish design. This wall mount chimney hood, available in a Clean Grey Panel-Stainless Steel Duct finish, offers both exterior and recirculating venting capabilities, making it suitable for various kitchen setups. It measures 29 7/8" x 25 7/16" x 19 11/16" and weighs 35.7 pounds, with a 30" width, fitting seamlessly into most kitchen designs.
Key Features
This hood is equipped with several innovative features for enhanced functionality and convenience. It is ADA compliant and features Wi-Fi connectivity, integrating with SmartThings for remote monitoring and control via the SmartThings App on Android and iOS devices, requiring a Wi-Fi connection and a registered Samsung SmartThings account.
The hood automatically turns on when connected to a Samsung Wi-Fi enabled built-in cooktop or range, using the "Automations" option in the app. It also includes voice control, allowing users to operate the hood by voice using a voice assistant, such as turning it on/off, activating timers, or changing settings, with a Wi-Fi connection and Samsung account required.
The hood features a Triple Air Sensor for continuous air quality detection, defining bad air as PM2.5-PM 10 (fine particulate matter) of 75 - 151 ?g/m³, and operates at a low noise level of 50 dBA (1.0 sones), which is 40% quieter compared to Samsung NK36K700 & NK30K700 models.
It provides powerful ventilation with a CFM range of 390-630, pre-programmed to 390 CFM but capable of reaching up to 630 CFM in Boost mode, effectively reducing cooking odors and smoke. The hood includes an LED display with touch controls for easy adjustment of settings, and LED bar lighting to illuminate the cooktop. Additionally, it features a smart, corrosion-resistant baffle filter that is removable for easy cleaning, and Smart Energy monitoring to track energy consumption daily, weekly, or monthly.
Design and Customization
The Bespoke Design allows the hood to stand out or blend in, available in various Bespoke colors to complement other appliances, with finishes on the front panels that are not interchangeable.
It is built to fit and designed to impress, with options to extend the chimney for installation in kitchens with up to 12-ft. ceilings using an extension kit, and to maintain clean air with a recirculation kit and filter, both sold separately.
