CANEX Return Policy

Update: Holiday Return Period

Non-CF One Members: Items purchased between November 1, 2023 and December 24, 2023 may be exchanged or refunded until the close of business on January 31, 2024*.

CF One Members: Items purchased between November 1, 2023 and December 24, 2023 may be exchanged or refunded until close of business February 29, 2024*.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Black Friday (November 24).

*All other Return Policy terms and conditions still apply, no exceptions.

 Returns for refunds must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, bundles and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase. All items must be in original, re-salable condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.  Incomplete or physically damaged products will not be accepted. All returned products are subject to an inspection. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable. Products without a proof of purchase will be issued a CANEX gift card in value of the lowest selling price the product was offered within the last 30 days.      

 

Special/Custom Orders are final sale and not eligible for return. 

CANEX reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions of this policy without notice. In the case of disagreements or discrepancies, our Return and Exchange Policy (posted online) shall take precedence.

Extended Aisle Return Policy
Extended Aisle products are sold by our trusted partners through Canex.ca. Because of this they have their own return policies (specified by each seller). Items with EA1 and EA2 designations that follow our current return policy and are eligible to be returned in store or online, while EA3 designated items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If you're not sure if your product is an Extended Aisle product, check its product page, looking at the description of the item there will be a designation of EA1, EA2 or EA3.

In-Store & Online

CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and complete in the original packaging, unopened and unused.*

CF One members can return, credit or exchange purchases within 60 days of purchase, provided the item is returned with proof of purchase and in the original packaging, unopened and unused.*
