Items with EA1, EA2, or EA3 in the product title ship directly from our vendors and may be subject to alternate shipping carriers and delivery times. We use both Canada Post and Purolator for most parcel shipments, but may rely on other couriers for specific shipments.

Returns
CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 14 days of purchase – the extended return period for CF One members does not apply. Proof of purchase required. Items must be open or unopen in saleable condition, meaning the product shows no sign of use. All returned products are subject to an inspection. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable.
