No need to worry, CANEX is still shipping orders.
CANEX is using Purolator to deliver online orders until the Canada Post backlogs are resolved. Please be aware that due to the increase in volume of alternate shipping services, there could be delays in your delivery times.
Canada Post will be used to ship orders destined for:

Fly-in communities
-
Remote areas, which may require retrieval from the Purolator pick-up location nearest to your delivery address
Please note, due to the Canada Post backlog there will be delays to orders destined for the locations listed above. To avoid delays, visit one of our CANEX locations for in-store shopping and convenient pick-up of online orders.

Holiday Order Shipping Timelines
Orders should be placed before December 13th to avoid disappointment. Due to the increase in volume for alternate shipping carriers, shipping delays may occur - we recommend placing your holiday orders as soon as possible to avoid delay. While we cannot guarantee your order will arrive before December 25th we will pack and ship as quickly as possible.

Endless Aisle Items:
Some of our items ship from 3rd party vendors and may not adhere to the same timelines above, those items are marked with EA1, EA2, or EA3 in the product title.
Items marked with EA in the product title should be ordered before December 13th to avoid dissapointment. While we cannot guarantee your order will arrive before December 25th our vendors will pack and ship, as quickly as possible.
Note: Endless Aisle items are not available for “Pick Up In Store”
