CANEX offers free nation-wide shipping to all signed-in CF One Members. You must be signed in to your CF One account on CANEX.ca to qualify for free shipping.
Most items are shipped within two business days from the purchase date. Some orders may contain items shipped from several locations, which may result in staggered delivery times.
We use both Canada Post and Purolator for most parcel shipments but may rely on other couriers for specific shipments.

Returns
CANEX will refund, credit or exchange purchases within 14 days of purchase - CF One members return policy extended to 30 days. Proof of purchase required. Items must be open or unopen in saleable condition, meaning the product shows no sign of use. All returned products are subject to an inspection. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable.
