Non-CF One Members: Items purchased between November 1, 2023 and December 24, 2023 may be exchanged or refunded until the close of business on January 31, 2024*.

CF One Members: Items purchased between November 1, 2023 and December 24, 2023 may be exchanged or refunded until close of business February 29, 2024*.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Black Friday (November 24).

*All other Return Policy terms and conditions still apply, no exceptions.

 Returns for refunds must include complete original packaging and contents, including accessories, manuals, software, bundles and any gifts or codes from the initial purchase. All items must be in original, re-salable condition including original software and operating system and accompanied by the original invoice.  Incomplete or physically damaged products will not be accepted. All returned products are subject to an inspection. Refunds will be processed onto the original payment method, excluding shipping and handling fees if applicable. Products without a proof of purchase will be issued a CANEX gift card in value of the lowest selling price the product was offered within the last 30 days.      

 

Special/Custom Orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

Extended Aisle Return Policy
Extended Aisle products are sold by our trusted partners through Canex.ca. Because of this they have their own return policies (specified by each seller). Items with EA1 and EA2 designations that follow our current return policy and are eligible to be returned in store or online, while EA3 designated items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I return something I bought in a store?

Products purchased from a CANEX store can be returned at any CANEX location.

What do I need to bring when returning a product?

  • Your original receipt
  • Product you are returning in original packaging and all items included by the manufacturer (e.g., all manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase, or bonus items – any missing items may reduce the credit amount)
  • Original method of payment
  • Valid photo ID

Do you refund Environmental Handling Fees (EHF)?

Yes, Environmental Handling Fees will be refunded.

Can I return or exchange clothing if it does not fit?

We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase for the right item as long as the item is unworn and with the original tags.

What if the product I purchased is damaged or defective?

If a product is damaged or defective, please call 1-877-441-6161 for assistance. Product defects are subject to manufacturer's warranty.

How do I return something I bought online?

There are two easy ways to return an online purchase:
Return your purchase at any CANEX store
OR
Contact Member Customer Service Centre via email at Service@cfmws.com or 1-877-441-6161, they will assist you in the process.

What to include when returning the product by mail:
Your original receipt. (You can find it within your Order Status Section)
OR
Copy of your invoice for the products that you are returning.
Product you are returning must be in its original packaging and all items included by the manufacturer (e.g., all manuals, accessories, gifts with purchase, or bonus items – any missing items may reduce the credit amount)

Can I cancel my order?

We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Do I have to pay for shipping back the returned product?

If the original purchase qualified for Free Shipping, CANEX will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.
Returns for CF One members are always FREE.

When can I expect to receive my refund?

When your return is received and inspected by CANEX, we will send you an email to advise you on the status of your return.

Once your refund is approved, a credit is applied as per the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 (ten) business days.

If you have followed all the steps above and you still have not received your refund, please contact Service@cfmws.com.

Is my product covered under a manufacturer's warranty?

If a problem occurs with your product within the first 30 days of purchase or first 60 days for CF One members, please contact us at Service@cfmws.com. CF One members must scan their CF One card with the original transaction to qualify for the 60 days.

Please read your Owner’s Manual for Warranty details. CANEX Return/Exchange policy applies. Product defects are subject to manufacturer’s warranty. Floor models are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Why is the item I am interested in purchasing not eligible for return or exchange?

We do our best to accommodate member needs with our return policy, however, due to the nature of select products we are unable to refund or exchange certain items available at CANEX. The reasons an item may be final sale can include:

  • The item is custom made specifically for your order
  • The item is of a personal nature and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons
  • The item is oversized and cannot be returned by mail
  • The item is a CANEX Gift Card, Third Party Gift Card or Pre-paid card

Any item that is final sale will be clearly marked in the product description. If you receive a defective item, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty or contact service@cfmws.com.
